Welcome to the Office of the Registrar! We are dedicated to serving our students and alumni by providing the following services, functions and information.
Forms and Support
Most registrar-related forms are located on MyUD. Current students can find forms under the "Student" tab and faculty can locate forms under the "Faculty" tab. You can download the diploma replacement form here.
Our office staff is dedicated to maintaining student academic records, providing official academic transcripts, providing enrollment and degree verifications, coordinating class registration, coordinating classroom scheduling, performing degree audits/degree conferrals, planning commencement, scheduling final exams, transferring credits, and administering Veterans Affairs education benefits.
